1. Booking Deposit and Payment: The Client shall make a booking fee as per contract to retain the Studio to perform the services specified in the contract.
2. Cancellation: Booking fee is not refundable in any circumstances. In special condition WR Events can allow customer to consume booking amount in their next booking.
3. Failure to Perform: If the Photographer cannot perform this Agreement due to a fire or other casualty, strike, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to the Photographer’s illness, then the Photographer shall return any funds previously paid to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Agreement. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event the Photographer fails to perform for any other reason, the Photographer shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the retail value of the Client’s order.
4. Liability: It is client’s responsibility to take care of the children; “WR Events” will not accept any responsibility due to any accident to children or damage to public or private properties during the photo shooting or consultation session.
5. Client accepts that all photographs will be taken and edited at the photographer’s discretion based on the photographer’s experience and artistic view. If the client has special requests shall create a “shot list” of all shots that they require.
6. It is understood that Photographer is not responsible to fix photos to cover parts of your body that you do not wish to be seen in the photo, unless it was confirmed with the photographer in writing.
7. The photographer(s) will be allowed one 20 minutes break at their own discretion, and bathroom breaks when necessary. Each photographer will be provided a full guest meal for any photography session lasting longer than 5 hours. If no meal is provided, the photographer(s) reserves the right to go of-site for a meal for 45 minutes.
8. It is understood that it is clients responsibility to inform the Photographer by email for any date or location changes (including but not limited to wedding dates, baby delivery for birth or hospital photography). “Wedding Reels” does is not liable for any claims for messages sent by mobile text messages or social network websites.
9. Photo Cooperation: In the event that the family/guests are taking photos, “WR Events” is not responsible for obstructed photos or photos ruined due to separate flashes going off or due to any other behaviour from guests. “Wedding Reels” is not responsible for obstructed or ruined photos due to activities by other vendors and venue staff.
10. All the communications with the Photographer or the Studio shall be made in Writing (Mail or Email).
11. All payments must go company bank account mentioned in the quotation.
12. Client must confirm event venue, date and time during the booking. Any change in plan must be informed to “WR Events” before 20 days of the event. Company is not responsible for any sudden change in plan.
13. Email : info@weddingreels.in is the official mode of communication with the company, any other mode of communication with management or photographer will not be considered official and not subject of any legal scrutiny.
14. Team will attend the event on the mutually agreed booking venue and time only. We request our client to meet the team introduce with family and cooperate with photographers for the better result.
15. WR Events will share Watermarked JPG images for album selection. We do not keep RAW files after delivery. Client has to make an advance request if the RAW data is required.
16. RAW data will be shared at the time of final delivery only.
17. WR Events holds no responsibility of the data after 60 days of the event. During this time we ensure 100 percent of the job is done and delivered to the customer. Customer must approve photographs and video timely.
18. Client must send feedback within 10 days of receiving the photos and media. No request of change or update will be accepted after 10 days.
19. WE Events tries to fit most of the selected photos within the album customer must review the album carefully.
20. Client must send instruction to the video editor within 20 days of the event. After delivering the video we will allow customer to send one rivision only. Rivision will contain upto 3 song updates. Under rivision video length will not be increased more than 10 minutes. Upto 10 clips / videos can be added or removed during the rivision. Additional changes will be charged.
21. Client must download all the data within 45 days of the event. Company will not take any responsibility of data after 45 days of the event.
22. All collectables like PenDrive, Data, Album and Photographs, customer will collect from our office only. No collectables will be delivered at doorstep. In special condition we deliver collectables but client has to clear all the dues, and pay for delivery fee in advance.
23. All the deliverables except photo album, Videos and Photos, They will be considered as a complimentary and managed by the company in a best possible way, in case of unavailability company can offer any alternative gift option available at the time.
24. Company holds no responsibility of courier mishandling. Client can suggest their own courier service provider and bear the shipping cost.
25. Company will not be responsible for any delay caused by photographers due to Government protocols or natural calamity beyond control.
26. In case of online payment, third party transaction charges will be levied on refunds.
27. Full working day includes 8 working hours of photography, half working day includes 4 hours of photography. Any refreshment and break counts within the same timeline.
